People Administrator. Property.

£32 – 35k DoE + disc' bonus

Our property management client is seeking a highly proficient, data oriented People Administrator, with at least 1 years experience in a similar role, to be based in their central London office.

This Administrator will play pivotal role in assisting the senior management team with recruitment and people processes.

The People Administrator will be involved in a wide variety of tasks, so organisation and the ability to multi-task and work under pressure is key.  The right candidate must have the ability to work autonomously,  prioritise workload and have excellent attention to detail, and must understand that confidentiality is a key aspect of this role.

Strong communication,  Microsoft & IT skills are essential, in particular Excel.

Hours: 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday

Location: Central London

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £32 – 35k + 20% discretionary bonus

Holidays: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain accurate team and relevant records and registers (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.)
  • Log and record training, sickness, team 1-2-1s and appraisals
  • Responding to / assist with  HR related inquiries or requests
  • Support the recruitment/hiring process  (inc’ sourcing candidates, background checks, shortlisting, issuing contracts etc)
  • Perform onboarding, inductions and update new hire records
  • Prepare reports on people/business activity for senior management
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects, i.e employee feedback
  • Oversee the employee benefits programme
  • Assist the Office Manager with monthly social events
  • Lead on monthly payroll activities
  • Note-take in meetings as required
  • Oversee and maintain Sharepoint records
