Senior Recruitment Consultant. Investment Management. City

Our fellow recruitment client is looking to hire a Senior  Recruitment Consultant, to join their busy City based finance marketing & sales focused team.

This role will involve working and understanding the specialist requirements surrounding senior-level sales and marketing-focused investment management roles.

Ideally, this candidate will have degree-level education, 5 years plus financial services industry experience, and prior sales or customer service proficiency.

This Recruitment Consultant must have a proven track record in meeting deadlines, be highly motivated, personable, and have the ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders.

They should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Hours: 9 – 5:30 pm

Salary: £40-50k base + commission (£80-100 OTE)

Based: Office

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Source candidates for UK and European roles
  • Develop, research and maintain relevant industry knowledge
  • Participate in client and / candidate meetings
  • Communicate with candidates / clients regularly
  • Manage / maintain client / candidate database
  • Network existing candidates / develop leads and candidate referrals
  • Identify /approach suitable candidate
  • Write adverts
