Our Client is a prominent niche recruiter specialising in Investment Management recruitment. Located in the heart of the City, they are now seeking an experienced Recruiter to join their dynamic team. If you have a strong background in recruitment, with a minimum of 5 years of billing experience as a consultant or manager, we want to hear from you.
As a Recruiter specialising in Investment Management, you will play a pivotal role in identifying top talent and connecting them with exceptional opportunities in the investment sector. You’ll have the chance to grow in a dynamic environment, learn from industry experts, and build a fulfilling career.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Educate candidates and clients on current industry trends, market insights, and best practices related to investment management recruitment.
- Complete all necessary administrative tasks, such as creating and managing job postings, scheduling interviews, and recording communication with candidates and clients.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the recruitment process and continually seeking opportunities to meet their needs.
- Provide full-cycle recruitment support, from initial client consultation to onboarding candidates in investment management positions.
