Researcher – hospitality executive search. 1 day / WFH

Our client requires a candidate that has an interest in hospitality travel leisure and retail. They need a self-starter with high standards who is analytically minded. Excellent written and verbal skills, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of Filefinder is desirable and experience in the specialist industries listed above or executive search would be preferred.

Hours – 9am-6pm, 5pm Fridays

Based – scope to WFH 1 day / week (following probation)

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Gaining a thorough understanding of candidate specifications
  • Identification of target companies / individuals across industries, typically; hospitality, travel, leisure, FMCG, retail
  • Pro-actively creating accurate long lists
  • Database management
  • Preparing accurate client reports / summaries
  • Overseeing the completion of presentations
  • Conducting research and compiling documents for candidates prior to meetings
  • Assisting with business development
  • Keeping abreast of market movements and building industry knowledge
  • Analysing industry news to circulate internally.
  • Supporting the Partners and Associates with research activity.
