Our client, a successful entrepreneur within the Wellness sector, is looking for to a Private & Business Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support, to ensure the seamless and smooth running of their interlinked private and business requirements.

Not just a Monday – Friday role, therefore this Personal Assistant should be a flexible, and a ‘can do’ all rounder, who is willing to do what it required to get the job done.  They should be prepared to be flexible, and happy to take some calls out of hours.

The role will be split between work from home and the office in Marylebone.

This right hand assistant will need to have some experience in social media / content creation and,  whilst having your own car is not essential, a full driving licence is required for errand running.

Salary: £35-40K

Hours: Flexible

Based: Hybrid between WFH / Marylebone (to requirement)

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Social media (Instagram/TikTok/LinkedIn) content creation / posting
  • Diary management
  • Meeting planning
  • Complex travel – i.e hotels, transfers, flights
  • Personal shopping
  • Errands
  • Updating the CRM database
