Part-Time Marketing, Brand & Communications Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Marketing, Brand & Communications Manager to join a small, purpose-driven, well-established and growing Certified B-Corp property business. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the company's profile, supporting business growth and delivering impactful marketing and communications initiatives.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working across a broad range of responsibilities, from strategic planning to hands-on delivery. You will be comfortable working independently, bringing fresh ideas while staying true to the company's brand and values, and confident managing multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, growing business.

You'll have proven experience in a marketing, brand or communications role, along with strong written and verbal communication skills. You must be able to work independently and manage a varied workload, and be confident using content management systems, social media platforms and design tools.

Above all, you must bring a proactive, hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail.

Contract: Part-time 2 or 3 days per week (or a mix of half days) £30-40k Pro-rata

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement the company's marketing, brand and communications strategy
  • Manage and maintain brand consistency across all channels and materials
  • Plan and deliver marketing campaigns to support business growth objectives
  • Create engaging content for the website, social media, email newsletters and other channels
  • Manage the company website, ensuring content is current, accurate and optimised
  • Oversee social media accounts, including content planning, posting and engagement
  • Write and distribute marketing materials
  • Coordinate with external suppliers, designers, printers and agencies as needed
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance using relevant analytics tools
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources
  • Support internal communications to keep staff informed and engaged
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and identify new opportunities for the business
