Our client, a purpose-driven and certified B Corp property development company, is seeking an organised, proactive and people-focused PA, Office Manager, Team Coordinator to join their growing business. Reporting directly to the Co-Founder/COO and working closely with the senior leadership team, this is a highly varied role offering the opportunity to become a central part of an ambitious business.

Supporting Co-Founders and the wider development team, you will act as the organisational hub of the business, ensuring projects, people and operations run smoothly. This role combines Personal / Executive Assistant support, office management, team coordination and operational responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be a natural relationship builder who genuinely enjoys supporting people and fostering positive working environments. Property sector experience would be advantageous, but is not essential. More important is your ability to take initiative, stay organised, manage multiple priorities and bring energy, professionalism and a solutions-focused approach to everything you do.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Provide PA and administrative support to the senior leadership team
  • Manage complex diaries, meetings, travel arrangements and expenses
  • Coordinate project reviews, team schedules and internal calendars
  • Prepare meeting notes and monitor follow-up actions
  • Organise internal and external meetings and company communications
  • Act as a central point of contact for operational and administrative support
  • Maintain office facilities, supplies, contractors and service providers
  • Support IT administration, equipment management and compliance activities
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding and HR administration
  • Monitor annual leave, training schedules and employee benefits
  • Support expense management and account reconciliation
  • Organise team events, learning sessions, company celebrations and annual trips
  • Help foster a positive, collaborative and engaging company culture
