Our client, a highly regarded fine art gallery and artist estate management business, is seeking an experienced and organised Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day running of its small studio just outside High Wycombe.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Operations Manager will oversee the full administrative and operational function of the business, acting as the central point of contact across finance, registrar duties, studio management, and wider business support. The successful candidate will be a confident, hands-on operator with a background in the art world and be happy to turn their hand to a variety of functions within the business. Familiarity with Xero and CRM database systems is essential.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly capable generalist to play a pivotal role within a well-established and respected business.
