  • Salary: £20-30k

Housekeeper HNWI Self-employed Notting Hill:  Our client, a high-net-worth individual living in a beautifully presented and immaculately maintained penthouse property between Notting Hill and South Kensington, is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Housekeeper to join the household on a self-employed basis, with a view to making a long-term appointment for the right candidate.

This is a part-time role, working four mornings per week, with Wednesdays off – but there is a degree of flexibility on scheduling for the right person.

Our client is looking for someone who brings genuine initiative and professionalism to their work. They value a proactive approach: someone who plans and prioritises their schedule thoughtfully, and who takes pride in maintaining the property to a high standard, without needing close supervision.

Managing petty cash, discretion and fluency in English are all essential requirements for this role. An ability to cook would be a bonus.

This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced private housekeeper looking to settle into a long-term position within a prestigious household. If you take pride in your work and operate with the utmost discretion, we would love to hear from you.

Hourly rate, £22- £25 / hour on self-employed status.  (£34-35k pro-rata)

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • General housekeeping and cleaning throughout the penthouse, with tasks rotated to ensure all areas are maintained to a consistently high standard
  • Day-to-day laundry management, including washing, drying, and folding or pressing as required
  • Handling petty cash responsibly, keeping accurate records of household expenditure
  • Planning and managing a structured cleaning schedule independently, prioritising areas and rooms on a rotational basis
  • Maintaining general household order and tidiness in line with the client's standards and preferences
  • Light cooking or meal preparation (desirable but not essential)
