Housekeeper/Cook

We’re looking for an experienced, reliable and trustworthy Housekeeper & Cook to support a busy family in Godalming. The household comprises 2 adults and 2 teenagers.
This role involves providing general household support, including cleaning, laundry, and cooking, with a focus on keeping the home well-organised and running smoothly, therefore applicants must be confident with general cleaning and preparing light meals. This can be a permanent or temporary role - to be discussed. The successful candidate will be organised and proactive, with a posative can do attitude.
Previous housekeeping/household experience is essential. Applicants must have or be willing to obtain an up-to-date DBS and provide at least two professional references.
Hours: Hours to be discussed. Ideally, Monday to Friday or Monday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, and Saturday, with flexibility to discuss.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- General housekeeping, including tidying, laundry and changing bed linen
- Keeping the home clean, organised and well-maintained
- Shopping online or locally
- Cooking healthy evening meals for the family
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
