Graphic Designer & Content Creator

We are recruiting on behalf of an exciting, award-winning BCorp-certified sustainable fashion brand based in Battersea, London. They are looking for a talented and tech-savvy Graphic Designer/Content Creator to join their creative team.

They are looking for someone who sits at the intersection of traditional design and modern AI-driven marketing. This isn't just a "make it look pretty" role; you'll be the engine behind their visual brand, working across print, digital, social media and video content in a fast-paced, creative environment.
They need a creative self-starter with at least one year of experience in graphics and video editing, and a genuine passion for visual storytelling. You'll need to be confident working with:
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- CapCut
- AI tools
- DaVinci Resolve (desirable but not essential)
Experience in a start-up or small brand environment is preferred, and a background in fashion retail would be a real bonus. Most importantly, they want someone with a can-do attitude, sharp attention to detail, and the drive to hit deadlines without compromising on quality.
Holiday: 30 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), rising with length of service

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Creating high-quality print asset; POS, lookbooks, swing tags and promotional materials
- Helping produce a bi-monthly lifestyle magazine
- Editing and colour correcting video and photo content for e-commerce and social media
- Retouching and resizing product imagery across multiple brand channels
- Utilising AI tools to generate original, on-brand content
- Supporting and guiding junior members of the graphics team
- Liaising with printers and retail teams to deliver assets on time and on budget
