Our client, a highly successful entrepreneur and creative agency owner – with a background in tech and property investment, is seeking an Executive Assistant to play a pivotal role in supporting their day to day, and smooth running of daily business operations and other investments.

This role requires working closely with the client’s personal team – including butler, housekeeper and private PA.  The ideal candidate will be astute, detail-oriented, and financially literate, with prior experience in managing UHNW family and/or C-Suite Executive offices.

A high degree of professionalism and discretion is non-negotiable. The ideal candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel in multitasking, and have the capacity to act independently while safeguarding the principals’ interests.

Collaborative work with existing PAs is also an integral part of this role, bridging the gap between personal and business affairs.

Salary: Up to 90K

Based: Hybrid (Mayfair / WFH / occasional travel)

Duties / qualities needed:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working for within a HNW family office and/or C-Suite Executive with both Private and Business support
  • Extraordinary organisational and planning skills supported by initiative to enhance efficiency where possible.
  • Proven financial and business expertise with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High level literacy abilities and be confident in surveying long documents and providing concise highlights and feedback.
  • Familiarity with legal procedures and working with legal advisors.
  • Experience with international travel jurisdictions and residency guidelines in regard to travel and visas.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage several projects at once.
  • A team mindset with an open and collaborative approach.
  • Digital and IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and bookkeeping software.
  • Effective travel planning and agility to manage multiple changes of plan for multiple people simultaneously.
