  • Requirement: Fluent Italian / Spanish / French
  • Salary: £20-30k
  • Industry: Global Media
  • Location: Central London
  • Based: Onsite

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced C-suite Executive Assistant to join a major global media business, supporting the Chief People Officer (CPO) as gatekeeper and right-hand. It's a role that offers real variety, genuine pace, and the chance to work at the heart of a truly dynamic organisation.

The successful candidate will be adept at absorbing information quickly, navigating last-minute changes with ease, and keeping a busy, ever-changing schedule running smoothly across multiple time zones.

Applicants must have fluent Spanish and/or French and/or Italian, with at least 5 years' experience supporting at Director or C-suite level, and exposure to high-profile business individuals and a proven track record in senior stakeholder management. Ironclad discretion, a high level of integrity, and the instinct to pre-empt issues before they arise are essential.

Candidates should be self-motivated and enterprising, and equally comfortable being proactive and reactive, remaining calm and focused under pressure as priorities shift at pace. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and the confidence to interact effectively with a wide range of people and personalities, internally and externally, will all be expected.

This is a role for someone who goes the extra mile as a matter of course. Advanced MS Office skills are essential.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Support across all day-to-day activities, ensuring Director is well prepared
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal / external stakeholders
  • Meticulous diary management across multiple time zones, screening enquiries and responding in a timely manner
  • Meeting coordination including research, preparation, agenda setting, minute taking and distribution
  • PowerPoint presentations, Word documents and reports preparation
  • Project management, including status / deadline / content tracking
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, visa applications and itineraries in conjunction with the Travel department
  • Managing monthly expenses and credit card submissions
  • Supporting department budget preparation
  • Resolving minor IT issues and liaising with the IT department as necessary
  • Occasional out-of-hours availability when the Director is travelling
  • Maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, integrity and discretion
