Our client, a prestigious international sports brand, is in search of a skilled Chief Aide, Business Manager, and Personal Assistant for its owner and the expanding business, who is willing to play a crucial role in the business.

The ideal candidate will be polished, diligent and ready to tackle various day-to-day PA responsibilities. They will engage with corporate partners, clients, and sponsors, ensuring smooth operations. Enthusiasm for international travel to prestigious sporting events and effective communication with stakeholders is a must.

The position is primarily office-based, with a hybrid model – based on the client’s schedule. There will be occasional site visits and travel to glamorous events around the world and in the UK .

Based: Office (Chester) & hybrid – with travel

Salary: 35K + pension

Hours: 9 – 5pm

Holiday: 25 days + days off in lieu

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Complex diary
  • UK / International travel arrangements
  • Liaise with clients, sponsors and luxury brand partners
  • Handle and manage sponsorship arrangements
  • Day-to-day PA and business support
  • Concierge support
