Meet the Joyce Guiness Team
Pip Cox
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Pip joined Joyce Guiness in 2003 as a consultant and never looked back, taking over as MD in 2008.
Pip, a Northumbria University business graduate, moved into the world of recruitment after spending time working as a PA in IT, Telemedicine and a luxury health club.
Pip has a love of life by the sea and splits her time between home, with her family and dogs in Hampshire and Hayling Island, on the south coast. She is currently trying to crack windsurfing!
Lucy Munro
Before life in London, career, husband and a dog, Lucy had a great time travelling the world, the highlight being her time teaching in a Cambodian orphanage. Lucy thrives on a busy workload and building relationships with candidates and clients.
Clare Ashcroft
Clare, a West of England University marketing graduate, started her career in film production in New York before joining a Media/PR Agency in London, followed four years of working as an modelling agent, working with some of the industry’s top names.
Clare joined Joyce Guiness in 2014 as a Permanent Consultant, while keeping a hand in the world of fashion with her Instagram clothing and lifestyle edit.
Ella Graham-Dullaert
SENIOR CONSULTANT
Ella studied Politics at the University of Leeds, going on to work in Events Management for four years in London and Dubai. However, the lure of rainy days and traffic jams was too great, and she joined Joyce Guiness in 2019.
Everyone at JG was thrilled when Ella went full circle and re-joined the team, post pandemic, having worked as EA to the CEO of a hedge fund and fin tech start up. This has given her a great insight into recruitment in this sector.
Nicola Jordan
RESOURCER & WRITER
Nicola, a Northumbria University business studies graduate, spent the majority of her career working in financial PR, working for some of the UK’s leading business and consumer finance brands. Nicola joined Joyce Guiness in 2021 as Resourcer and Writer.
Shaun Lawson
NON-EXEC DIRECTOR
Shaun, an invaluable asset to Joyce Guiness provides business mentoring and strategic management support. His career began in stockbroking, with a number of years as a senior partner with Laing & Cruickshank in London. In 1975, Shaun established a venture capital and consultancy business under the name of Lawson & Partners Limited. Shaun has been involved in the venture capital market for over 30 years and is a Non-Executive Director for a number of companies in the UK and USA.
